2. Can I purchase software to do this conversion myself?
Yes, you can purchase ePreserver software here.
3. Can you recover my AOL password?
No. We do not provide this service. You should contact AOL.
4. My files are extremely confidential. How can you assure their confidentiality?
Our agreement states that we keep your files confidential and do not release them to third parties. If you would like us to sign an additional
confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement (NDA) we are happy to do so. Please contact us by email at pfc2pst@pfc2pst.com if you would like us to complete an additional agreement. You can also purchase the software and perform the conversion yourself.
5. We would like to use your service, but we want to test your capabilities first. Will you convert some test data for us.
Yes.
We will convert a small amount of test data and provide files back to you before completing the conversion if you wish. We will not perform a full conversion as a test.
6. I cannot afford your services. Can you do just one file for me for free?
Unfortunately, no. We have real costs associated with processing these files and cannot provide our services for free.
