If you would like to use any of our conversion services, here are detailed instructions on working with us.
Please read these instructions carefully before sending files or payments and email us at pfc2pst@pfc2pst.com if you have any questions.
All clients must complete our agreement form, available at our site at http://www.pfc2pst.com/, prior to beginning any work.
You will also need to send your file(s) for us to complete the conversion work. If you are unsure which file(s) to send, please email us at pfc2pst@pfc2pst.com. If your file(s) are less than 2 Meg., you may email them to us at pfc2pst@pfc2pst.com. You may .zip compress your file(s) using Winzip or other .zip compatible compression programs. This will likely reduce the file(s) size. If you do not know how to use .zip compression, but need to in order to reduce your file size, please contact us at pfc2pst@pfc2pst.com. You may send multiple files on separate emails as long as no single file is larger than 2 Meg. per email.
For larger files, we can provide access to an ftp site where you can upload the files to us. If your file(s) are larger, please email us at pfc2pst@pfc2pst.com for instructions and the location of our ftp site. You can also mail or ship us your files on CD if you prefer. If you would like to send files this way, please contact us by email at pfc2pst@pfc2pst.com and we will provide you with the mailing address.
We quote all jobs in advance and you will have the opportunity to approve this quote before you make any commitment.
We do not expect payment until we have completed your conversion. If we have quoted your job and informed you that we have completed your conversion you should then proceed to the Payment page to complete your agreed payment.
As you complete the payment process you will be transferred to the payment site of Password Crackers, Inc.
pfc2pst.com is a service of Password Crackers, Inc. and all payments are made to Password Crackers, Inc. at this time. All payment transactions are handled through our secure, encrypted payment system.
When making a secure credit card payment, please remember to click the final “ACCEPT” button on the confirmation page.
Some clients forget to click on this final button and complete their transaction. If you successfully complete a payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your payment has not been fully processed. Also, our credit card processing system will verify your address on-line. Your payment address must match the billing address of the credit card or the payment with not be authorized. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and all credit card transactions are completed in U.S. Dollars.
